 Cancellation Policy 

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once a product is shipped, cancellation is not possible. 

 Return & Exchange Policy 

  • Returns and exchanges are available for selected products only. The return eligibility of each product is mentioned on its product page and is subject to change without prior notice. 
  • If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address. 
  • Return/exchange charges may apply and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

Conditions for Return & Exchange 

  • The product must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. 
  • It should be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted. 
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange. 
  • Return/exchange requests must be raised within the specified return period mentioned on the product page.
